To enhance the quality and competencies of students we organize training on soft skills as well as hard skills. In their first year, students learn communicative English. When in third year training will be given on hard skills and technical skills. Trainers conduct mock interviews, mock GD and other demonstrations. Soft skills like leadership qualities, team work, corporate communications and other topics related to the industry are also taught. By the time the hiring starts, we ensure that the students are moulded with all the skills expected by the corporates.
