Cultural Activities 

In the college of Technical education we can get many opportunities to explore the latest technologies and experience it. AICTE IDEA Lab, TEQIP Labs, department labs and research centers, we have in the campus are the best place to witness the latest technologies and apply the theoretical knowledge we learn. There are many boot camps and workshops conducted for the development and enhancement of our technical knowledge. We also have events like HACK MCE, SCIENCIA, ENIGMA_and many more. We have many groups and events to acquire the qualities of leadership, friendship, fellowship. These are the groups of people who make you more confident and develop your personality in all areas. They are the people who pull in everything to conduct fests and events by giving a platform not only to present our talent but by giving us the opportunity to experience how it feels to celebrate togetherness and success of each other. 

We have events like Jamboori and Malnad Fest eternity and Enormous number of events that are conducted in our college throughout the year.  We will also learn to balance our life, i.e. balancing our studies along with cultural, sports and technical events, along with full filling our dreams. 

There are Fest like PRAGYATHA which is souly oriented on encouraging entrepreneurs and events that focuses on incubating innovation and leadership qualities for budding entrepreneurs. They also help in incubation and funding transforming from job seekers to generators.   There are many activities we do in small groups like helping government schools, kids by giving value education tech education, motivating government school students in career building and help them in betterment of their life. 

There are activities like paper drive, cloth drive, Orphanage visit which we do in big groups to address the issues faced by under privileged people. Unnat Bharath Abhiyan is another sector where we focus on rural development activites in 5 villages that are been assigned to our college by the government. We have a group of people who are dedicated in educating government orphanage residential school students 

Our institution is committed to the holistic development of students with the support of Fine Arts Club activities to keep the creative spark alive. Creativity is an essential component of Engineering and our club nurtures the same. To exhibits students’ unique talents in cultural, technical and social events clubs like, Devobs, Leo club, Soul, Eco club, IUCEE, Merise, Science association club, Techclub and literary club is able in the Institution. Women’s Day, Engineer’s Day, Teacher’s Day, Jamboore and Malnad fest are celebrated with many cultural programs.

Yoga and Meditation Hall 

Our Indians roots have got spread so much that, our culture has established all over the world.  Our college is also in the list by having our own soul connecting Divya Chaitanya, a place to mediate and learn Yoga. Students and faculties can walk into the meditation hall whenever you want and spend some time in serenity. Basically Divya Chaitanya’s architecture gives a traditional look to the yoga center. Many studies are going on about the Pyramid which is suitable for meditation. So by this way MCE nurtures not only the mind and body, but also the soul by giving the platform to express our innerness.The Institution celebrates International Yoga Day which helps to enhance awareness among students in order to connect oneself and balance oneself.

Sports And Games Facilities 

The Department of Physical Education facilitates the students with required sports items for their practice and motivates them to participate in both the indoor and outdoor games and sports in the National level and in Zone Level. Matches, Games and Sports are given adequate weightage. The sports activities are encouraged by providing all the necessary facilities. The students are given enough practice to participate in Inter-University, Intra-University and other tournaments. The college teams have won many Prizes, Medals, Shields and Cups in the Intercollege level

Indoor Facilities

The Department of Physical Education facilitates the following Games as indoor games for the benefit of students such as Table tennis, Chess and Indoor shuttle badminton. College has a good collection of sports materials for effective utilization by students during holidays too.

Outdoor Facilities

The total area of the playground is 12 acres which includes athletic fields and track, Basket Ball, Cricket, Football, Volley ball, Badminton, Ball Badminton, Kabaddi and Hockey for each game playground areas are clearly earmarked.

Gym

Gym is another central facility which is functioning in the college premise. The college gym is fully equipped with essential fitness equipment’s.
