Malnad College of engineering conducts many club activities which motivates

students in many ways other than the academic part.

Many clubs were formed which attracts students to attend the creative activities

Cultural events were organized from DevOps club on 21 Oct 2022. Events like

Dance, mad-ads were performed.

MALNAD is a marvellous spectacle filled with numerous cultural, literary, art and

athletic battles. Thousands of audience stood witness to this phenomenal fest

which spanned over a period of 2-3 days. The 30 well organized events made sure

to drag every student's attention and urged them to race against time to prove their

mettle. It was made sure that the participants would be forced to use each and every tactic in their arsenal in order to gain the pride of winning the ultimate

reward ' 'SARVOTTAM"

HACK.MCE 2.0(2021-2022):

A techno gaming fest was conducted by DevOps team on 18 and 19 June.

Gameathon was conducted under the roof of HACK.MCE one week prior to the

main event at canteen.

The main events were on 18th and 19th of June which was organized at

auditorium.

Technical Activities indulged in the academic year 2021-22:

1. Saviskaar - A talent hunt show exclusively for fresher. Mainly we were

concerned with paper events. As such, Civil, Mechanical seminar halls were

used for the events like quiz, virtual gaming etc.

2. Enigma- Unleash the mystery of technology: The State level Technical fest of

the college. The event comprises students from different parts of the state, and

the properties and resources of the college are utilized to the maximum extent.

Mainly Auditorium is fully utilized for Roboevents.

A national level Hackathon based on the theme' lifestyle' a 24hrs coding

competition. Many participated from different districts.

It included 2 events where the mobile application built from scratch by DevOps

club was used. The entire campus map was incorporated into a game named thief

city.

Inspired by the Swachh Bharath Abhiyan, we conduct Spot Fix every year. Spot

Fix is the cleanliness drive in which we choose a spot in and around Hassan city,

immaculate and take responsibility of maintaining it in a best way possible. The main purpose of this event is to create awareness among the common people about

the cities of Public Hygiene.

Eternity is one among the prestigious events organized in our college. It provides a

platform to the students to showcase their talents and unique ideas. It also triggers

an eco-concern among the technical students that develops an understanding that

the nature is the ultimate technology.

These various types of activities help the students to showcase their talents.
