Faculty development programs on various fields of engineering and pedagogical training programs are regularly organized for the teaching staffs. Several Workshops /seminars / conferences/symposiums are being conducted by all the departments of MCE and are supported by academia and various industries. Technical staffs of the institute are also trained for technical side on a regular basis to improve their skills in the area emerging technologies. 

All the events/programs are conducted with the financial assistance of Management and TEQIP grants during 2018-21 period. This has resulted in signing in several industrial collaborations and helped to update curriculum to meet the current industry requirements.
