3 Days Software Training programme on ETABS, 2-5, December 2025

The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Student Chapter membership drive was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering on 5th October 2024.

Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering are jointly organizing the One Day Training Programme on "Scaling New Heights: A Comprehensive Training Programme to Enhance Overall Institutional Diligence" on 20th September 2024 at the Alumni Hall for the faculty members and non-teaching staff of our institute. A.H Sagar, Educationalist & Philosopher is the resource person for this programme. 
 

An invited talk was organised on Innovative Learning, Critical Thinking & Softskills by Mr. A. H. Sagar, International Educationalist, Philosopher, Multidisciplinary Resource Person, Medical Ethicist and a National Sports person. Educated at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and University of College London, England.

ASCE Day 172nd Anniversary: Expert talk on The Role of Civil Engineers in our Society, Culminating in focus on Airport Engineering, Safety & Responsibility.

The ASCE Student Chapter Membership Drive, organized by the Department of Civil Engineering at Malnad College of Engineering, was a successful student-led event. Supported by faculty advisors Mrs. Brunda B.N.and Mrs. Rashmi B.R., the event featured a keynote address from Er. Narsimha Chary Poloju, Senior Project Development Manager at Pyeong Hwa Systems, speaking from Korea about the benefits of ASCE membership. 

Technical Visit to Yagachi Dam on 13th June 2025. The visit was conducted under the ASCE Student Chapter, an initiative of the American Society of Civil Engineers..
